Case selection and verification
A vulnerable person or family contacts us or is proposed by others. We validate their situation through conversation, videos and minimal documentation respecting their privacy.
Case publication on website
We create a clear profile with their story, specific need and direct help methods controlled by the beneficiary (their IBAN, PayPal, GoFundMe, etc.).
Direct donation from visitor to beneficiary
You choose who to help. The aid goes directly from the donor to the beneficiary. Only Real Help only verifies and publishes the case.
Confirmation and public proof
The beneficiary commits to sending proof (receipt, photo, video) which we publish on the website for maximum transparency.
Case status update
When the need is met, we mark the case as ✅ Help completed, 🔄 In progress, or ❌ Incomplete (if there's no proof).

Who is behind this?
My name is Adrián, though many know me as XenaCode. I'm a web developer dedicated to creating projects with real impact.
I created Only Real Help for two reasons: because I don't want to see money lost to intermediaries while people still need help, and because I believe helping shouldn't be a business.
This is my commitment. In writing. In public.
Is this legal?
Yes. This platform does not engage in any economic or financial activity. We do not handle funds, issue invoices, ask for money, or offer anything in return. We are a non-profit citizen platform that gives visibility to people in need and connects them directly with those who can help.
Therefore, it is not subject to tax regulations as NGO, company or freelancer.
Final ethical declaration
Only Real Help has no accounts, receives no payments, holds no money, nor does it transfer or distribute it.
